I permanently wonder why some marketers do not consider whether the article directories they submit their articles to are do-follow or no-follow. This is very vital when it comes to building feature backlinks to get to the first pages of Google, Yahoo and other standard search engines.
Did you know that some article directories, add nofollow to all links in your articles? That, of course, makes your backlinks less feature. Google even does not consider such no-follow links. So it means while submitting a lot of articles to such no-follow content directory sites you are wasting your valuable time in vain and losing 50 % or even more traffic to your sites.
In other words, it would be smarter to use top 10 do-follow lower pagerank article directories than top 50 no-follow higher pagerank content directory sites.
