Top5 Reasons Why Cpa (cost-per-action) Affiliate Network is Better Than Any Other Affiliate Network?

Friday, July 16th, 2010

There are many affiliate networks you can choose if you choose to start making cash online. The 3 main types are:1. Sales-based commission (per-per-sales)

2. Click-based commission (pay-per-click)

3. Action-based commission (pay-per-action)The one I want to cover is Action-based commission and why CPA (Cost-Per-Action) affiliate networks are the best type of affiliate programs for you to join.1 . You do not need to make any salesCPA stands for Cost-Per-Action. As the name implies, you get commission based on the action desired by the advertisers. Such events are usually collecting 1-2 personal information from the visitors. (email, address, preferences and etc)Compared to making sales, such action is simpler to get the visitors to perform and thus simpler to rake in commissions. The reasons why the advertisers are willing to pay for such simple information is because their business modeal are usually based on recurring income from their customers.Every customers are of life-long value to them and thats clarifies for the usually higher commission.2. Advertisers provide baits to help you in getting leadsIn my opinion, this is the best feature of a CPA affiliate network. The advertisers provide the juicy baits and you just bring in the visitors to pick up those baits. These baits are usually in the form of discount vouchers and free gifts. All the visitors need to do is to fill in 1-2 of their personal information in exchange for the free gifts. This free gifts help to lower down the visitors’ defensive wall and make your job much simpler.3. The payouts are better than most sales-based commissionContrary to logic, CPA action-based commission generate more commission than most sales-based commission. Due to the ease of your visitors performing a simple action, you are able to exchange more leads and thus more commission. Some single lead commission ($1-$50) you exchange can easily overwhelm the commission given by a leading online retail site.4. The huge advertisers like CPA affiliate networkBig advertisers like to use CPA affiliate network in getting leads due to their strict registration rules and fraud prevention policy. They work closely with their advertisers in maximising their advertising dollars. CPA strict policy ultimately benefits affiliates as huge advertisers give larger rewards with a larger budget.5. Ready made attractive landing pagesYou generally do not need any websites to work with as CPA affiliate network provides very attractive and effectual landing pages. You could simply use email or social network to bring in traffic to the landing pages. Their landing pages will do the conversion and you sitting there to collect the commissions.

Zero Friction MarketingMake More Affiliate Checks With CPA Marketing

If you are a peddler using only revenue-sharing or cost-per-action (CPA) deals on the Internet to build and sustain your business, a name is going to flat out take your lunch away from you. You do not have a business model that can survive a competitive onslaught.

Companies that rely solely on CPA deals are admitting that they have no marketing risk tolerance. Since the beginning of business history, every peddler has dreamed of making transactions without risk. The most recent iteration of this thought is the notion that marketers can rely solely on revenue-sharing deals to build their business, thus avoiding the possibility of disastrous media. At first blush, that seems plausible on the Internet because approximately 80 percent of all advertising inventory is unsold.

The glut of unsold advertising inventory encourages the notion that media owners should cut revenue-sharing deals instead of letting the inventory lay fallow. And in most cases, this is compelling logic. The problem for marketers is that too evenly they get wrapped up in the media owners’ models rather than in running their own businesses.

If you as a peddler cannot generate a revenue stream to sustain any marketing risk, you have one foot in the grave and the other on a bar of soap. The flip side is also right. If you own media, and marketers cannot generate enough revenue with your space or time to sustain themselves, you also have one foot in the grave and the other on a bar of soap.

The Internet industry is doing an dreadful lot of slipping and falling into graves. Let’s examine the limits of business models that rely on marketing exclusively through revenue-sharing arrangements.

Presumably, because buying media on a CPM basis is too risky, the CPA model has surfaced. But if enough revenue cannot be generated to justify buying media, how can splitting revenue or profit with media owners possibly work?

If media does not work for the peddler, it cannot possibly work for the media owner. It’s really that simple. Let’s take a look at two CPA scenarios. In scenario one, marketers cannot generate decent revenue per thousand to satisfy media owners; in scenario two, marketers generate significant revenue per thousand, and media owners are satisfied.

Simply place, marketers in scenario one are roadkill. In this case, they have less than a year to survive unless they find a touch else to sell. One of our companies experienced this when we were selling videos online. We simply could not get enough revenue per thousand to buy enough media to make a go of it. If we could not generate enough revenue, splitting the revenue we did have wouldn’t return enough to our marketing partners either. Reverting solely to a CPA model only meant that we split the meager revenue per thousand we were generating. Believe me, scenario-one business models are worse off than toast.

Now, let’s look at scenario-two business models. There are fewer of these “successes” than most would reckon. While successful scenario-two models are generating impressive revenue per thousand to satisfy media owners, the problem with this model is that it opens the door to competition. CPA models cannot seize market share because the best media (i.e., the most open media) will permanently go to marketers who will pay for it.

The only situation in which this does not apply is when competition is nonexistent. But if you have a viable revenue model, then you need to suck out all the air from the room previous to competition comes in. CPA deals cannot do this. If you have a valid revenue model, then you can bet your T-1 that a competitor will soon be knocking at the door of the premier media outlets. And sooner or later, one is going to buy media on a CPM basis and eat your lunch. Scenario-two marketers will either exchange their business model to accommodate CPM buys or lose out to competition.

With this said, why is it that marketers who rely solely on CPA deals must automatically succumb to those hearty marketers who risk their capital? The answer lies in a primordial relationship — the correlation between risk and reward: The higher the risk, the higher the reward.

To summarize, if you are a media owner and you hear from a peddler, “Our business model is strictly CPA,” that means the peddler does not have a sustainable business model. The peddler is in one of the two scenarios just outlined. If you are a peddler and you have expressed, “We only do CPA,” it’s time to get your risumi in order.

Become a Cpa Affiliate and Make Loads of Money

Wednesday, July 14th, 2010

If, like me, you have been struggling to make any kind of cash doing Internet marketing then it really is time you became a CPA affiliate. Unlike the habitual methods of affiliate marketing which involve selling harvest for a commission, CPA, or Cost per Action involves nearly no selling at all. Your customers are not required to part with any cash in order for you to get paid, so it really is a very simple sell.

But, you might well question, if no cash changes hands, then how does a CPA affiliate get paid? Well, as a CPA affiliate your job is not to sell a product or service, your job is to provide a lead, for which you are paid.

Making cash from a website by becoming a CPA affiliate is really very simple indeed. First of all, you have to sign up with, and get approved by, a CPA Network. There are currently around 50 or so such networks and more are coming on-line every day. Next, you have to drive traffic to your landing page which is perfectly designed with one purpose in mind – to have the visitor fill out a form and submit it. And that’s it. No hard or soft pre-sell, no worries about refunds, no dodgy harvest or shady suppliers to worry about – just keep the visitors coming and you will soon be a very successful CPA affiliate indeed.

Habitual affiliates have to design influential landing pages that do a excellent job of pre-selling a product. Then they have to spend a lot of time, and sometimes cash, generating a huge amount of targeted traffic to those pages in the hope that a small percentage of their visitors will really click on their affiliate link and buy the product. They then have to worry about refunds, and harvest that disappear quickly from the marketplace leaving them with nothing to sell having borne up front expenditure.

By comparison, a CPA affiliate, has it much simpler. While its right that they still have to generate traffic, hopefully targeted traffic at that, because their visitors don’t have to spend any cash, just supply an e-mail address or zip code, then their success rate is significantly higher. Sign up rates for a CPA affiliate are more likely to be 20-30% than 2-3% for habitual affiliate marketing sites.

The Connection Between Affiliate Marketing and CPA Networks

Saturday, July 10th, 2010

Trends come and go in affiliate marketing, but one trend that seems to be sticking around is the CPA Network. Also known as cost-per-action, pay-per-action and cost-per-acquisition, CPA is a proving to be more cost effectual and reliable than many of the pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns that have monopolized affiliate marketing in the past.

The reason for the success and popularity of CPA Networks? It’s the fact that merchants and website owners do not have to pay for advertising unless it benefits their business in some way. Much different from pay-per-click campaigns in which the merchant pays for a click on a link whether it brings about a sale or productive site stay or not, CPA networks are based on performance marketing. This type of marketing means that merchants only pay the affiliate webmasters (also known as publishers) when a desired action takes place.

Desired events or acquisitions may include a download from a website, a site registration, newsletter sign-up or a product buy. Regardless of the action, the thought with CPA is that the merchant is seeing an actual benefit to his/her business. Unfortunately, this isn’t permanently the case with PPC campaigns, which is why too many Internet marketers experience PPC draining their bank financial statement rather than filling them.

CPA networks provide an alternative to paying for ads upfront and are fantastic options for marketers who are early out with small funds to contribute to advertising efforts. It can be discouraging for a new Internet peddler to find that advertising expenses are more than profits. In fact, many new business owners give up when they experience this scenario. But with the performance-based marketing innate in CPA Networks, business owners can be certain that they only pay when they see real results.

In order to get involved in CPA, you will need to join a CPA Affiliate Marketing Network. These networks place forward a way for you to benefit from CPA while having a midpoint-man (the network) doing the work for you. For example, the network serves as a liaison between merchants and affiliate webmasters, looking out for the best wellbeing of each in order to achieve ultimate success with advertising efforts. By ensuring the right ads are placed on the right websites, the networks benefit both merchants and webmasters and make the relationship lucrative for each.

While there are many existing CPA networks online, it makes significance to be selective previous to you join a network. Learn as much as you can about the network, the businesses and websites that are network members as well as the network’s footstep record for success. Research, just like in any area of Internet marketing, really pays off when you are deciding the right CPA network for your business.

CPA networks are proving to be more than a further Internet marketing fad. What’s more, they are nearly risk-free, as you only have to pay once your business has experienced results. This makes CPA networks one affiliate marketing trend to follow.
