Becoming a CPA affiliate, or cost-per-action affiliate, is really not much different than becoming an affiliate for any other program. However, there are a few differences that you should consider before making the choice. Ideally, you will be able to add and integrate products from CPA affiliate programs with your current affiliate marketing strategy.

One of the major advantages of becoming a CPA affiliate is that it pays very well and with much less effort than regular affiliate programs. With most regular programs, you are paid when you make a sale, but with CPA programs, you are paid when the potential customer completes an action.

In some cases, this action may be as simple as someone entering a zip code or email address. In other instances, you may get paid when someone orders a free trial of a product. Many of the health and beauty companies pay anywhere from $30 to $50 for completion of trial offers. And it is often much simpler to get someone to agree to a free trial product than it is to get them to pay $97 for the latest eBook on the market. This is the reason many people decide to try their hand at CPA affiliate marketing.

You should understand that companies who promote their products via CPA companies are very selective about who is selling their product. Therefore, you will need to provide the company that you are interested in becoming a CPA affiliate for with lots of details, including your website and marketing plan for the various products. Plus, you will often need to speak with a representative over the phone before you are accepted. This may seem a bit tedious in the beginning, but your diligence and efforts will be handsomely rewarded.

One of the downsides of choosing to become a CPA affiliate is that the offers are constantly changing. An offer that you are promoting today may no longer be available on tomorrow. This is the reason that some affiliate marketers shy away from CPA offers. However, if you design your landing pages properly, often one product can be easily substituted for another.

Let’s consider the Acai weight loss products for a moment. There is almost always some type of Acai or other weight loss offer running through these companies. Simply exchange the expired offer with a current offer. Keeping in touch with your CPA representative will help you stay up-to-date with the various promotions.

There is lots of potential for profit as a CPA affiliate, but it takes work just like other forms of affiliate marketing. If you are looking to expand your income or just seeking some diversity, then becoming a CPA affiliate may definitely be worth considering.

Deciding to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a huge step for college graduates looking to step into the accounting world. Being able to put on your resume that you are a Certified Public Accountant, will make your resume stand out above all of the others. Being a recent graduate, having CPA will give you credibility and will act as a “stamp of expertise” to the public eyes. Not only will being a CPA earn you more money, it will improve your credibility, as well as reflect your commitment to the accounting field.

Having CPA certification provides substantial financial awards for accountants. Accountants with this certification will be able to establish a standard of living to support themselves and their family. According to Robert Half International, the CPA can, on average, increase a candidates base salary by 10 percent. A lot of small, medium, and large public accounting firms will not promote their auditors past a certain level unless they have passed the CPA exam.

To obtain this certification there are six main steps that you have to follow. The first thing you will have to do is apply to take the exam. This step involves deciding what state you want to be certified in and checking to make sure you fit all of their qualifications, requesting an application, completing it, and then submitting it. This process can take from 6 weeks up to 8 weeks. The second step after your application has been accepted is to pay the examination fees. Fees vary for each state as well as qualifications . In Pennsylvania, there is a $95 application fee. The Auditing (AUD) section fee is $230.55, Business Environment (BEC) is $180.95, Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR) is $218.15, and Regulation is $193.35. If you are taking an exam over you are obligated to the pay the application fee of $95 again whether you are taking one section over or all four. Third, after you have paid the CPA fees you will receive your notice to schedule in the mail.

The fourth step in obtaining your CPA is the most crucial. STUDY, STUDY and STUDY some more. The goal is to pass all four parts of the exam on the first try. Although this does not happen for most people, retaking the exam over and over again can become very costly. There are many different ways you can study for the CPA exam. The most talked about is the Becker CPA Review. Becker offers on line classes, live classes, cram sessions, and self study cd’s to work at your own pace. There are many other institutes that offer CPA review classes as well as many study books.

After you feel you are fully prepared to take on the CPA exam, the fifth step is then to schedule each section. All exams need to be scheduled at least 6 days in advance. It is advised that candidates schedule their exam at least 45 days in advance. The sixth step is to take the exams. Lastly you will sit in anticipation awaiting the arrival of your scores.

Overall, if you are extremely interested and committed to the accounting field, you should try and become a Certified Public Accountant. Not only will this title increase your salary, but it will also help you shine above other candidates when applying for jobs as well as provide a secure standard of living.

You’re tweeting mad if you’ve missed the short term and long term benefits that a social media platform like twitter can create for your business and personal brands.

Some may even call you a tweethead. Those people aren’t very nice but here’s what is nice and that is generating new clients with minimal consistent output.

If you’re tired of utilising haphazard techniques to marketing virally through this monstrous medium no fear help is at hand. Here are my 5 steps to becoming highly infectious on twitter and how to benefit from wofm (word of mouth marketing).

1. Select your poison

Your poison is the message you decide to deliver, it is your; angle on a particular topic, your personality, your comedic relief, your professionalism, your enthusiasm and the quality of your content.

What do you want to be known for? Be very clear. Think of yourself as a celebrity or a musician that becomes known for a specific type of genre. Why would people want to follow you? Is it because you have something interesting to say? Or is it because of your sharp wit that’s teamed up with educational information that your consumers can proactively utilise?

Share content with your follower’s that is practical in nature and engages their emotions. Never underestimate the power of chemistry to spark wofm. People will talk about you if you; pleasantly surprise them, make them angry or get them to feel excited or even sad. Move them emotionally and they’ll move your message virally.

2. Choose your apps

Out of the 1000’s of apps you can team your twitter account up with I keep coming back to a couple of key ones. They are Tweetdeck and Social Oomph. Tweetdeck allows me to track what is being re-tweeted and who is spreading my message across the web whereas Social Oomph allows me to schedule my tweets in advance and manage my output to a few short hours per month with maximum results.

Choose your apps carefully. It will be greatly dictated by your working style and your main objectives.

3. Get Re-Tweeted

Dan Zarrella, social media and viral marketing scientist studied ‘what’s in a Retweet.’ Out of 84,000 re-tweets here’s what he discovered;

* The term ‘RT’ was utilsed in 86.79% of the retweets and the term ‘ReTweet’ was only utilised 13.21% of the time.

* The word ‘please’ occurred in over 5% of the retweets and;

* 69.05% of the retweets contained links to an external site whereas 30.95% of them contained no link at all.

As you can see from the data, it is not only important to say ‘please rt’ but to also add relevant links where possible. Write articles and post them up on your websites blog and then proceed to promote the blog article via twitter posts. Shorten your url’s so you can fit your article headline in the post. Tweetdeck has an application for this.

4. Consistency – Are you a Cher, Madonna, Tina Turner or a Richard Branson type or do you give up like Sarah Palin?

How consistent are you? Like any marketing campaign you must be consistent in your message to gain traction and engagement. If you plan to use twitter as a tool then it needs to be used consistently to gain visibility. Have you ever read Madonna’s bio? That woman doesn’t give up and neither should you.

If you aren’t getting results wear a cone bra! Or, alternatively you could take a different approach and test your twitter campaigning. Testing and measuring is important. You can’t fix what you don’t know is going wrong. Something Sarah Palin should probably learn.

“Oh, no you didn’t!” Oh, yes I did!

5. Don’t be a Wallflower

Take a lesson in public relations from Lady Gaga. She works the media like no one else and like Gaga you need to learn how to work your twitter followers. Adding a dose of controversy to your twitter posts result in an immediate reaction, sometimes positive and sometimes negative.

The trick with controversy is to put it into context. If you do plan to comment on something highly sensitive do your research and be prepared to back it up with statistical evidence or an inarguable debate. Nothing gets people speaking more than a topic close to their heart and there is nothing more mentally stimulating than a healthy debate.

Post a controversial article around your profession on your website, promote it via twitter and get individuals to have the debate on your platform. Who knows, they may just agree with your point of view and defend you against other critics. Now there’s a diehard fan worth taking to the bank.
