Friday, May 28th, 2010

Anything that is delicate is marketable. Those who are on top of the biz know how to sell all sorts of bits and pieces and renewable energy is not an exception.

To boost sales of these renewable energy companies, they really have to sell it. It is not enough to say that renewable energy can sustain human life for future generation. Not all are conscious of the future and what awaits the generations to come. Going green really should sell everything they got!

1. Better education is better profit

The world’s condition is by now at its alerting stage. More and more people are seeking alternative energy providers to sustain their daily living. Renewable energy marketing is a perfect opportunity to increase the amount of awareness of the people and make use of the chance to permeate the consumer’s will to buy.

Since renewable energy does not come low-cost consumer are doubtful in purchasing such equipments. It is timely and tiring to constantly promote renewable energy and at the same time address environmental issues that can be solved with the use of renewable energy. But be rest assured that efforts are not left in vain.

2. Positive renewable energy marketing is bonus cookie points

But, a better company would inform the consumers of how they could benefit from clean renewable energy.

3. Proper marketing is propitious to the recommendation of experts

How To Improve Your Profit With A Better Google PageRank

Friday, May 14th, 2010

GOOGLE PAGERANK

Every one with a business web site knows that the lifeblood of their business is the traffic that they can get to it, and that the Search Engines are a sure and fiscal way of getting it…

If…

Your web site shows among the first 20 or 30 results when a name looks at a Search Engine For the keywords of your web site.
Google is one of the largest Search Engines (or the largest) and that´s why Google is one of the most used ones.

If your web site has a huge PageRank, that´s one of the simplest ways to reach the first places on a Google´s search, so many people reckon that what you should look for, is to have a BIG Google Page Rank.

And what is the PageRank?

PageRank it´s a measure of a site´s reputation according to the feature and quantity of it´s in pointing links.

How can you get in pointing links from the expert sites on your market?

You can do it with a link exchange campaign, but most of all you can achieve it:

Having excellent content!

So for the same keyword, the page with higher page rank will rank higher on the searches, and a page with higher page rank between to your site, will help you more to get a better page rank for your site.

To determine the relevance of a web page, Google looks for keywords in various places of each web page, plus many other things and one of them is the PageRank, meaning that Google has a ranking where the best pages about each keyword have the larger Page Rank.

So the marketers and search engine optimizers started to manipulate the keywords, in order to have a larger page rank, and soon the Search Engines noticed it and started to counteract making extremely sophisticated algorithms to evaluate each web site´s real page rank and banned the the cheater´s web sites.

And this is an endless dance, the search engine optimizers keep studying better ways to optimize the web pages, and the search engines keep evolving and making evaluation methods that will tell them the truth about each web site´s content and value.

Many search engine optimizers will tell you that they know how Google evaluates the web site, but the real truth is that no one of them knows it! Maybe two or three people at Google really know it, and they will never tell it to any one because that will ruin their business.

And which is Google´s business?

Google´s business is to recognize what each web site is about and how excellent is at it, because they want to sell make known, and they do it providing the best results on each search (including the page ads on the results). So their business is to provide targeted surfers to their advertisers.

People find that the results are really related with what they are looking for, they click over the URL (sometimes over the free ones and sometimes over the ads) and they keep on using Google as their favorite search engine.

To recognize what each web site is about and how excellent is at it sounds reasonable and simple for a human being, but it´s not simple at all for Google´s robots.

So Google makes algorithms to evaluate the sites and from time to time changes their algorithm in what it has being called “Google´s dance”. This “dance” of course irritates many people (the ones that try to learn what the algorithm is about) because when they get near to know how to artificially inflate a web page´s value, Google changes the relevancy criteria.

But the fact is that Google does the right thing. The want to be able to recognize what each web site is about and how excellent is at it, without mistaking excellent content web pages with well “optimized” web pages.

Search engines as Google need to recognize reality and to give the proper page rank to each web site, and how do they do it?

They check the on-page criteria and the off-page criteria…

Off-page criteria evaluates how the people react about it:

etc.

And there´s only one way to generate off-page criteria: with excellent content!

It´s you who know your business, and you are the best suited to write your web site´s content and this is the basic thought.

1) Make web pages with brilliant content about your topic. This will tell the search engine´s robot what your page is about.
2) Once you make a professionally designed web page as the ones that “How to Sell on the Web” helps you to make, don´t loose your time tweaking it to reach better places with the search engines, use your time to make more excellent content web pages. Keep on making excellent content web pages until you have 20 or more.
3) Submit your web page to the search engines
4) Start a links exchange campaign. This will not only help you reach a higher pagerank but some search engines do not allow you to submit your web site to them and will only be able to find you through your inbound links

This plot works as a snowball…

Is this an simple and quick process?

It should be simple for you to write about your topic, but it might take months to get a decent pagerank. You will find yourself writing pages and exchanging links without noticing any results…

Don´t worry!

Don´t worry, persist…

And you will succeed for sure!

Be Generous 1. Promote other people and their content more than you promote  yourself. 2. Retweet feature content that you find to others (citing the source of course) 3. But retweet moderately and selectively. You will be known (and recognized) by the content of your tweets. So send only feature content in order to add value to your followers. 4. Join the # followfriday to tell your followers who are the feature twitters. 5. Be selective in the recommendations that you made for # followfriday. 6. Thank those who retweet your recommend in # followfriday. 7. Praise others for their work and their feature content. 8. You can score huge points by showing that you have read in print content and count value. 9. When you identify a connection between 2 people who can make significance, place them in touch. Make the go! 10. When retweet others content you’re on your way to develop your relationship but do not forget to also help yourself with the feature original content. 11. Occasionally, talk to a person of feature that you follow and which brings much added value with his tweets. Apply yourself to clarify specifically why you are recommending this person.Unlike # followfriday is a way to make an unexpected act of kindness that will surprise the person you mention and which will thwart the value in your network.Be a resource 12. Search and distribute the information of your tweets. 13. Subscribe to Google Alerts to stay informed about the topics and keywords of interest and relevant for your followers. 14. Use Tweetburner.com to shorten URLs.Tweetburner allows you to footstep the number of times your link has been shortened open. 22. Make informative videos (and / or screencast) and then peep them. This way, you enrich your presence and allow your audience to get closer to you from an exclusive content-rich and original. 23.Use headings of tweets that draw attention to increase their openness. The lists of bits and pieces like “7 ways to …” or “How to …” are still very standard and generates more clicks than securities standards.Use a excellent Twitter client 24. Tweetdeck.com is really my favorite tweeter client yet. 25. Make a column for your TOP list members twitters to follow. This list will consist of elemental permanently count feature content and you will make them stand out from the mass of people who “Twitter for everything and for nothing.” 26. But, take a look anyhow to those outside this list because at any moment they may become new sources of content and be eligible for the toplist. 27. You can make bonus columns for all the interest groups around you and you want to footstep in particular. 28. Tweeting yourself to a Better Career

Monday, February 15th, 2010

The convergence of PR and social media is inevitable, and the ways in which those of us in the industry use social media take up again to expand. One area that has seen some appealing changes is recruiting, and the role played by social networks. Nearly everyone is familiar with LinkedIn, a very square yet very useful tool for both the recruiter and the qualified looking to make a career exchange now, or just interested in building out a network of people in the industry. Facebook, too, which in 2007 opened its doors beyond its college/university roots to professionals is finding increasing adoption among recruiters.

More appealing still is the use of what I would call emerging tools, either newer social networks or social media tools that might not be immediately associated with a career search, but which you might want to look into any way.

Lately, I have been spending a lot more time on Twitter, which can best be described as a global instant messaging system. I won’t place forward a Twitter tutorial here, but here’s the quick downlow on it. Twitter was launched in 2006, and in 2007, after winning a high profile industry award, the service really started to take off and soon became a phenomenon. Twitter comes under a new social media bearing called “microblogging,” tools that let you blog simply, quickly, and tersely. Twitter is in the end IM, limited to 140 characters. Like most social media, Twitter is free. You sign up, establish an identity and then add people that you are “following” on Twitter. Twitter describes its various features and events in a very unique way, which might be part of the “terrible press” it has expected. Your posts are called “updates” or “tweets.” You are “following” the people whose updates you add to your “timeline,” and the people who add you to their timeline are called “followers.” (If you want to see what Twitter looks like in action, just go to the home page and click “Public Timeline.”)

For a long time, many people criticized Twitter as an endless stream of narcissistic and mundane chatter. Recently, but, as people have cultured to adapt Twitter to more vital tasks than communicating that you have just fed your cat, the service has begun to see a number of appealing commercial uses.

Many recruiters are now using Twitter to better connect with candidates. A search on the term “recruit” on Twitter’s home page returns 87 people somehow associated with recruiting. (Not all of them are recruiters. Check the user profiles for more information on each person.) Among these is Lindsay Olson, PRJobs on Twitter, a public relations recruiter. I “met” Lindsay through Twitter. I was impressed by how she uses Twitter. Lindsay “converses” with people on Twitter in a very natural way, letting them see the daily worklife of a recruiter. In this way, Lindsay develops credibility, and builds friendships with a large number of candidates and relations to potential candidates.

I interviewed Lindsay by email on how she uses Twitter. She confirmed my view, which is that any “commercial” use of social media requires an understanding of the etiquette and unique attributes of the medium, and a willingness to downplay hype and square marketing tactics:

“As a recruiter and business qualified utilizing social media technologies in my business, I reckon the single most vital way of communicating this way is by unification the conversation as a peer, and interacting on a personal amount. If you are just throwing links to your jobs and your business out there, your followers get sick of the shameless self-promotion. I reckon the day in the life of a recruiter is somewhat of a mystery to many people, especially potential candidates, and have found Twitter to be an brilliant tool to share my profession. I feel that sharing my successes, failures and experiences in recruiting is helpful for people to understanding how to better interact with a recruiter as well as potential hiring companies.”

Many recruiters, and business people in general, have been reluctant to use social networks for commercial purposes due to privacy concerns. In fact, I contacted one recruiter, who uses Facebook and LinkedIn but not Twitter, and she agreed to speak with me for this piece, but only as an unidentified background source.

I questioned Lindsay about this and she said that it is not “a concern as long as our clients’ and candidates’ confidentiality is respected in public,” which she makes a part of the rules she holds herself to in her use of all social media.

I strongly recommend looking into Twitter and other “alternative” social media as part of your career networking plot. The world of Web 2.0 — blogs, podcasts, wikis, social networks, etc. — is a highly connected and visible one. This high visibility environment has its etiquette, and brings with it the learning curve of any new technology, but the rewards of being so visible and so well connected to the right people can far outweigh the effort required to get up to speed.

Why Wordpress Is Better Than Blogger

Sunday, December 20th, 2009

Currently, the two largest blogging sites are Wordpress and Blogger. They are both standard with many users and have been battling it out for the top spot. But, one of them stands out from the other. Wordpress.

Why do I say Wordpress?

Well, it’s kind of like the battle between MySpace and Facebook. It finished up as Facebook being known as the more qualified and cleaner social networking site whereas MySpace was more for the kids. Many people still use both, but that is the produced perception nowadays.

It’s the same way with Wordpress and Blogger. Wordpress is more qualified with many options and can make blogs look like websites while Blogger is more for “the kids” with limited options and looks like an amateur blog instead of a website.

Wordpress has several plugins that allows for customizations as well as a variety of free wordpress themes for layout. Blogger doesn’t have these options. They have a standard set of themes and doesn’t completely support plugins.

The best thing about Wordpress is how a person can make pages on it. This separates things into menus such as “About us”, “Contact”, “FAQ” and pages like that. This is what makes Wordpress blogs look more like websites than just amateur blogs.

Wordpress involuntarily has a statistics page in your backend that tracks how many visits you get and what search terms people typed to get to your page. It also shows from what links visitors clicked to get to your blog and what links they clicked on your blog posts.

Overall, Wordpress is more user-friendly with more gadgets and options to make your blog look fantastic compared to the Blogger blogs. So consider using Wordpress when you make your blog.

Wordpress Customization / Wordpress Templates – Websites For Better Search Engine Optimization

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

If you are on WordPress, then you know that is one of the best personal publishing platforms around, and that it adheres to high standards of usability and aesthetics. It’s free, and there are benefits like its user-friendly features, its easy-to-build themes and easy customization, its simple setup, and the fact that it uses standard and free web server technologies. With WordPress, it’s always easy to make changes to your site, and even the themes and plugins are usually free! Now WordPress customization is very important – you do want your blog looking good, right? For instance, there are the General options, under the Options box. Another form of WordPress customization is your Permalinks, we recommend you change it to Custom from Default, this increases your Google rank site, and gives you better search engine optimization. Your themes can be chosen under “Presentation > Theme”, and this is perhaps the best part of WordPress customization.

There are hundreds and hundreds of themes out there, and you can even download more. So during Wordpress customization, how do you install a new theme? Firstly, download its zip file, unzip into your /wp-content/themes/directory, and then you shall be able to see it in the Presentation menu. That’s in the end all there is to it, so if you play around with the themes, you can give each page a different look. Each WordPress template is a separate PHP file inside the theme’s directory, and some of the standard WordPress templates are 404 template = 404.php, Archive Template = archive.php, Comments Template = comments.php, Footer Template = footer.php, Archive Index page = archives.php, among others. When it comes to WordPress themes, you can either stick to the Default theme, or tweak it a bit to make a new one – to make your blog look more personalized. It is really reasonably simple to make your new theme, you start by copying your existing theme to a new directory in your themes directory, then edit the style.css file. After that, you have to edit the theme information, go to the WordPress administrator and modify your current theme to the new one you have produced. After that, it’s all about customizing and feeling proud of your new things!

WordPress customization & templates are simply all over the place. You can try the column themes, adult themes, fashion themes, computer themes, business themes, car themes, games themes, movies theme, pets and nature themes, dating themes, design themes, shape and medicine themes, music themes, personal themes, among others. If it’s a touch to do with a wedding, then there is the Wedding Rose free WordPress template, which is unquestionably lovely. The widgets are ready, and it’s based in red and grey colors. There is also Royale Blue, Lily Interior, Diary Key, and even a Windows Media Player theme! Yes, you must have realized by now that there are many WordPress templates out there, you just have to run a search, pick the one you like best, and then upload it accordingly.

Three Simple Tweaks to Your Wordpress Blog for Better SEO

Saturday, November 21st, 2009

There are three simple things you can do to improve the optimization of your WordPress blog. You will want to do this because it will improve the speed your blog gets indexed and help you to rank higher for your keywords. The first is count the proper plug-ins, the second is to exchange the permalinks, and the third is to claim your blog.Count plug-insThere are a couple plug-ins that you should use on every WordPress blog. One of them is All-In-One-SEO.. You also need to add the Google-XML-Sitemap plug-in along with a tagging plugin. There are multiple tagging plugins and the pluses and minuses of each would be a complete article by themselves.All-In-One-SEO plug-in allows you to exchange the title tags for each post. Individual title tags will produce a huge improvement in your rankings over the default WordPress uses of using the same title tag across the total blog. The site map plug-in makes a compliant site map and updates it involuntarily for simpler indexing on all of the major search engines. Irrevocably proper use of tags will allow you to categorize your posts and get multiple rankings within the search engine rankings..Exchange PermalinksIt is simple to exchange the permalinks on a WordPress blog. Login to your dashboard, click settings, click on permalinks. This will allow you to exchange your permalinks from a URL of http://yourdomain.com/?p=123 to a touch more SEO friendly, Using a URL like http://yourdomain.com/category(with your keyword)/post title(again with your keywords there). You can do this by using the custom url with these tags ” /%category%/%postname%/”.There are also other tags available to allow you to make what works best for you.Google Webmaster Tools and TechnoratiYou should be using both Google Webmaster Tools and Technorati. Make sure that you submit your blog through the Google Webmaster tools and claim it properly per their instructions. This will be done either by FTPing a special file or making a special post. Google will now tell you any problems they have indexing your blog when you check back.Claiming your blog at Technorati also is vital. This will allow you to link your tags to Technorati and have them show in your account. This allows you a further way to footstep any problems with the way your blog is being indexed. In summary, these three steps can improve the optimization of your blog for all on page factors. For me personally, these simple changes have sped up the indexing of my blog significantly and have helped to improve the ranking of the posts too.

15 Ways to Become a Better Domainer

Friday, October 30th, 2009

The competition in the domain industry is steadily increasing as more and more people are becoming aware of it’s global impression in today’s financial marketplace. Qualified investors and huge corporations are staking their claim of this internet real estate and have turned this once primitive name exchange into a booming multi-billion dollar industry.

Today’s domainers are needing take their domain investing to a further amount in order to have continued success and profitability. Not more than are 15 Ways To Become A Better Domainer.Utilize the forums

As I’ve said in previous posts, the importance of domaining forums in the domain industry are vital and serve as a fantastic resource for beginners and qualified domainers alike. Whether you are looking for some trustworthy appraisal opinions or asking questions that only a further domainer would know the answer to, the domain forums are there to help. 24 hours a day, 365 days a week, this constant stream of domain information has shaped many beginner domainers into today’s greatest qualified domainers. If you’re not a member of a domain forum you should greatly consider unification one today. Are you a domainer or a domain developer?

Are you buying domains for quick profit sales? Are you buying domains for the long-term traffic revenue? Are you buying domains to develop and birth new traffic? Whether you choose to do one or all three, you must come to terms and clarify a solid game plot when it comes to your domain investments. It’s reasonably okay to have a few domains being urban but your overall strategy needs to take shape and be narrowed down to a specific objective. Developing a domain name takes time, effort and more time, but the possible payoffs are permanently huge. Buying domain names in bulk for quick sales is also profitable but relies more on a constant sales initiative to be successful. Either way, you need a tactical approach on how you want to market your domains. Dissect your portfolio

I once spar to a guy who boasted a domain portfolio of over 3000 names. After hearing how he was considering selling a few of his “best” domains, I offered to peruse the list and maybe help with finding some end users that might be potential buyers. He agreed and the next day he sent me a list of about 1000 of his best domains that he was willing to sell. To my surprise over 90% of them were, in my humble opinion, not worth much more than the reg fee. I contacted him back and clarified that I was only to find about 75-100 names that could possibly be decent sales. He was stunned. He declined and stated that my appraisal was not right and thanked me for my time. 3 days laters, I expected an email from the exact same guy asking for help in selling the 75-100 domain names I previously found in his list. Seems that during those 3 days, he spar to a few other domainers and expected the same appraisal and evaluation of his so called “best” domains. This guy thought since his domains contained standard words like gamble, casino, sex and technology that it involuntarily made his domains super valuable. What he didn’t consider was the multiple hyphens and terrible combinations of typos and keywords. Don’t be the domainer with a huge list of terrible domains just to brag about how large your portfolio is. Trim your “extra” domains and streamline by selling or trading and use the profit for investing in feature names that are earmarked for immediate revenue or immediate development. Be proud of the overall feature of your portfolio and not just the number of domains it contains. Know your rep

I amazed on how many people I encounter that in the domain industry that have no thought who their representatives are for such companies as Sedo, Moniker, Go Daddy and other huge domain powerhouses. The representatives of such companies exist to help their members who utilize their air force and are hands-down the quickest and simplest way to get a touch resolved if you feel a mistake has been made. If you have domains either parked or offered for sale with a domain company, I highly suggest sending a quick email to find out who your expressive is and do you best to maintain a qualified and courteous relationship with them. It’s simpler to question help from a name whom you know and knows you than it is to question a complete weirder. And don’t forget to vote for your favorite domain rep at next years Domainers Choice Awards.Stay clear of Brand Infringements

This should be a no-brainer. Time and time again I see domainers struggle with the headaches caused by brand infringements and terrible belief domain registrations. Not only do most of the brand claims filed at the WIPO result in the domain being transferred to the appropriate party, but it also indicates that your choice in domains is questionable and therefore proving that you are still purchasing non-feature domain names. Domains that infringe on trademarks are not feature. Question any lawyer. Save your registration fee and steer clear of legal woes. Auto-renew

Now that your portfolio is streamlined and contains only select domain names, you certainly don’t want to lose or let any of them drop and take a chance of a name else buying you lovely internet real estate. Do yourself a favor and set your domains for auto-renew at your domain register where bought. It’s a terrible feeling to have a name else scoop up one of your prize domains just because you didn’t or couldn’t find the time to renew the registration. Stay this fantastic article by the Daily Domainer that clarifies the life-cycle of a domain name and don’t let accidental “drops” happen to you. Limit the hand regs

Hand regs or hand registrations are domains that are bought from a publicly available source at a fixed registration fee and are either groundbreaking new (never been bought) or have expired and no longer owned by the previous owner. Go Daddy is a domain registrar that is standard with domainers and consistently used for hand regs. The possibility of stumbling along a unregistered domain is permanently there and the opportunity for a name to register a new domain name that never existed and make value to it is also conceivable, but in essence, most domain names that are hand regged are simply non-researched, impulse buys that pad a domain portfolio with non-value names. Distinguish yourself as a profitable domainer and limit the amount of hand regs you add to your portfolio. One excellent way is to wait 24 hours previous to registering a hand reg domain and then re-evaluating previous to buying. You may lose a registration every so evenly but in the long run you will save on unnecessary registration fees and useless domain name ownership. Stay current with news and sales

To be successful is to be informed. The pulse of the domain industry is constantly evolving and therefore it is beneficial to a domainer to know exactly what is the next potential opportunity or trend being produced within our industry. If you buy domain names, you are an investor. If you are an investor, you need to stay current with the news of your investments and other people’s investments. You can do this by monitoring the recent domain sales and news offered by many websites that are specifically geared towards todays domainers. One of my favorite websites is Ron Jackson’s DNJournal. You can find fantastic articles, news and the standard Year To Date domain sales. You need to know what domains are selling, which domains are being bought and how much they are being bought for. Invest time in your investments and reap the rewards. Predicting the next huge trend is priceless. Blog around

Domaining blogs are sprouting up everywhere with domainers keen to share their experiences, setbacks, education cultured and tips with anyone who wants to listen. We all need to take advantage of this free and useful information by visiting various domain blogs and getting a further person’s perspective on our industry. And don’t forget to subscribe to their RSS feeds, if it is offered, and have all this new information sent frankly to you to read at your convenience… for free. Subscribe to this blog here.Diversify with other TLD extensions

While some domainers swear that .com is the only extension worth being bought, there are others, like me, who reckon it’s unquestionably insane to dismiss all other TLD’s and only buy one flavor of domain name. The popularity of .TV and .Mobi and the ongoing success of ccTLD’s has risen and is playing a prominent part in today’s domain marketplace. Generic domains in any of these extensions are being recognized as a highly required after commodity with no signs of slowing. Familiarize yourself with other TLD’s beside .com, .net and .org and evaluate your domain buys on a global niche scale the next time you go to buy a domain.Consider fractional domain ownership

Fractional domain ownership is simply a group of people that own a domain name and share in it’s profits, development and use. There is not one sole owner because it is owned by the entire group. Owning a part of a high value domain is a fantastic way for a newcomer to the domain industry to start and know the ins and outs of qualified domaining and share in the profit growth associated with that certain domain. It also allows “fixed” domainers to group funds together and own a very premier domain name without one person having to pay the entire buy price. Look for this trend to boom in 2008.Optimize your parked pages

Once you buy a domain name, it is up to you whether your domain will contain a fully-functional website that you can customize/adsense or whether you will “park” your domain and allow targeted content to involuntarily be placed and monetized per visitor. If you choose to park your domains, it’s imperative that you know how domain parking works and how it can be optimized to bring better results. Sedo is a standard place for domain parking and allows users to see detailed stats and account information for each domain parked on the Sedo network. Revenue is mutual with Sedo each time a name clicks on content on one of your parked pages and relies on consistent traffic to be a steady stream of income. Brush up on your domain parking information here. Update your WHOIS information

The WHOIS database is sort of like a directory of bought domain names that contains the owner’s contact information, buy date and expiration of a certain domain. One use of this information is being able to contact a domain owner and inquire about purchasing the domain. Without the right information in the WHOis database, a potential buyer may not be able to contact the current owner and allow an place forward to be placed. Contact your domain registrars and make sure your WHOis information is current and right. If you opt not to be contacted by potential buyers, you may consider using a service that buys domains for it’s clients and keeps their information confidential. There is also an option to pay an bonus fee at some domain registrars for confidential domain registration.Contact more end users

So you have a fantastic domain name that is considered gold in a certain industry. Fantastic job. Now, if you have chose not to develop it and simply want to profit from a sale, I highly suggest contacting an end user. What’s and end user? An end user is a name who would use the domain name specifically for making brand recognition in a certain industry. Here’s an example: Adam owns organicdogfood.com and Bob owns an organic dog food company in Texas but uses the domain BobsSuperGoodOrganicDogFood.com. Adam contacts Bob and offers a shorter, brandable and simpler to remember domain name that can increase Bob’s exposure on the internet for people searching for organic dogfood. Adam has just contacted a possible end user. A domain name can usually be sold to an end user for more since it is valued more by the actual user of the domain instead of a fixed domain buyer. Exchange your views on the domain industry

Are there still opportunities to be successful in today’s domain industry? Yes.

Is there still time to take advantage of the booming domain sales? Yes.

Is it still possible for a domain newbie to come in and thrive even with a small initial investment. Yes.

Friday, October 30th, 2009

New blog writers everywhere are faced with a serious dilemma when they first reach the Internet and must choose which blogging platform is best for their new website. There are really dozens of options on the market, ranging from the basic blog settings of the social networks to the self-hosted open sources software solutions.
But, for most new bloggers and those who don’t want to pay for their blog, the choice boils down to one of two websites: Blogger and Wordpress. These two air force have become synonymous in recent years with the blogging phenomenon, making up a massive percentage of the Internet’s most standard blogs. For that reason, there has been a bit of discussion over which service is better.
Provided here is a solid answer to that question once and for all, 7 reasons why Blogger is in fact better than Wordpress. These comparisons relate to the free financial statement available from both Blogger and Wordpress.
Integrated Login with Your Google Account
With the ability to easily connect all of your Google financial statement, this is a huge plus for Blogger. Many of the most useful features for a website are offered by Google, including AdSense, AdWords, and Webmaster tools for Google indexing. Instead of count code into your templates, a touch that can quickly become confusing and result in broken websites, Blogger allows you to simply click a button and integrate AdSense or banners into your site.
This allows you to use the same login information for all Google air force and that sets Blogger a few steps ahead. Wordpress is an open sources solution, meaning that all extra air force must be manually integrated into your blog after you have signed up for your account.
Backed up by Google
Along the same lines, Blogger has the backing of the largest and most powerful Internet Company in the world. For some this might seem like a negative, but it means the most cash and development time can be placed into making new features for Blogger that Wordpress may need to wait for. Historically, features such as widgets, add-ons, and templates have been enhanced first by Blogger. Wordpress is usually a step or two behind the curve. For the best features as they are urban, Blogger is the winner.
Exchange Visual Appearance and Code of Templates
Blogger’s options for making changes to the visual composition of your blog are numerous and simple to use, a touch that Wordpress has had problems maintaining in the past. In Blogger, there are a number of pre-built templates as well as thousands more available from any number of websites. Simply copy and paste them into your blog’s template page and you have a new look. Additionally, the style sheets and HTML code for your template (if you are willing to do so) can easily be changed and enhanced to suit your specific needs.
Indexing Time
Whether it is because of the link with Google or because of the sheer volume of Blogger blogs, your posts will be indexed in the Search Engines much quicker with Blogger. Usually within a few hours of posting your newest page will appear, allowing you to receive the most traffic as quickly as possible. This is especially vital as most blogs strive to talk about the newest and most relevant news as it breaks. If that news does not index for two days, it will by now be ancient when people start to read your posts.
Ease of Use
Blogger is truly a plug and play design for a new blog owner. Signing up takes seconds, allowing users to use their Google login and asking only for a few basic pieces of information such as blog title and description. From there, blog posts can be typed up and entered with two or three clicks and are involuntarily indexed. For newcomers to the blogosphere especially, Blogger is the best choice when it comes to ease of use.
Integration of Multiple Financial statement
Blogger makes it simple to view all of your blogs via a dashboard feature that links frankly to your Google login. When you login, all of your blogs will show, with one-click options to post, edit, or alter posts. The number of blogs and financial statement available is nearly endless and makes blogging on multiple topics simpler than ever.
Massive Blogging Network
Because Blogger is the first stop for many new bloggers, it is also among the largest blogging networks in the world. The millions of blogs by now produced in Blogger are helpful to the new member as well because of how Google has integrated their search features into the site. Not only can visitors search Blogger blogs via the search bar at the top of the page, they can click “random” or “next blog” to stay a different Blogger blog. This increases your exposure by frankly connecting you with existing blogs. And if you choose to hide this feature, you can do that too in Blogger.
Ultimately, Blogger is an ultimate solution for anyone who is just early their first blog. It is also a fantastic platform for those who are serious about blogging, but do not want to hire a technician to set them up and make fixed adjustments to their blog. It is simple to use, quick to start, and offers a host of features that the free Wordpress blog and its other competitors do not.
