Paradikma Berbagi Award Dengan Sesama Blogger

Thursday, January 14th, 2010

Hal kecil semacam in yang sering terjadi dunia blogging.

Here are My Top 6 Reasons Why I Do not Use Blogger

Wednesday, January 13th, 2010

Blogger is seriously a very standard platform to learn about blogging and talk about simple material you want online. But there are many things people are missing out if you are using a blogger account.

Here are my top 6 Reasons Why I Do Not Use Blogger1. I Get My Account Closed 3 Weeks Because Of Affiliate Links

Note that if you have a blogger account and you tried to use it sell affiliate harvest from clickbank blogger will notice it sometimes as spam links or porn links and will shut down your account until you comeback then to activate back your blog.2. You Cannot Sell Your Blog Away

Do you noticed that most successful blogs online never use blogspot? The reason is because if you work really hard to bring tons of traffic to a blogspot blog, you will not be able to sell it away in the future with a .blogspot.com domain.3. You cannot build excellent backlinks and ranking in Google

Even if blogger is produced by Google, most people make blogger account in hopes to get better ranking in Google. But Google know there are lots of people trying to do that to get ranking that is why now all blogs now appears only in a search called Blog Search.

Most blog post that are posted on blogspot appears there and also in Google searches but because your pagerank is determine by (a touch).blogspot.com . You may or may not getting excellent positioning on your SEO results. Even if you did.. there is a ignoring blogger bar on the top of your blog.4. Why promote Google when you should be promoting yourself!

By having a blogger account, you are really marketing not yourself but Google’s blogger. If you noticed why does Google have a bar right on top of your own blog permanently? They want to get more people to use the blogger interface in hopes you guys will use the Adsense at the same time to generate more revenue for them.

I am not saying that is not excellent but you should really be promote your own domain rather then a blogspot domain.5. Limited themes and plugins adds on

One major reason why I migrated to hosted Wordpress in just 3 weeks was partly I got my account closed plus I realized blogger do not have tons of themes to select from. There is way to really exchange the design but you have to know all the complicated theme codes to do that.

With wordpress, there are thousands of themes to choose from and also not forgetting all the powerful plugins you can add on to improve your blogging experience.6. Professionals do not use blogger

If you are serious about making cash online with blog, you noticed not a single one of them are using a blogspot account to do that. Why does that tell you?

I hope after you have read this article you would more or less got the thought why I do not recommend using blogger as your blog and should be using a hosted blog with wordpress installed.

Incase if you are wondering what I use. I use a simple hosting by Hostgator that is only US$9.95 per month and registered a domain for $7.95 to host my blog and of course using my Atomic Blogging System to blog.

Social Marketing With Facebook And Google Blogger In The Real Estate Industry

Saturday, January 9th, 2010

First question to question is: How ancient are you?

I know that might sound rude or impersonal but it’s relevant. I’m 41 and I was schooled in an environment that embraced PC’s. Google and Websites were only blips on the radar in the US when I was 14. Since then men and women of my age have grown to become accustomed to life with the internet. Recently our children have embraced the online social culture in the form of MySpace, Facebook and Google Blogger.

So it’s honest to say that new home buyers, second home buyers and even investors aged up to mid 40’s are now using the net to make their next purchasing choice. It’s also honest to say that the internet and current technology has broken down the age barrier when it comes to trawling the internet.

A recent client of mine, Rhino Realty in Queensland has broken tradition and opted for a fully self-managed website solution that has the Gen Y sector intrigued. This website has a social networking aspect and also includes a LIVE WEB CAM INSPECTION TOOL enabling buyers to view the property in realtime via their website. As far as we know, no other real estate agent has this facility. Web trials have just been completed with a social marketing group and the website will go live in 2 weeks.

Statistics have shown that over 80% of major purchasing decisions (homes, holidays, cars etc.) are researched online. Stats also indicate that a properly self-managed website can boost sales by an extra 31% per annum.

Todays technology has the younger generation in particular conversing online about property and investments.

Chances are, you are probably missing out on a further sector of the market you didn’t even account for. The technology is available from Corporate Design Solutions in Queensland. It’s not exclusive to Rhino Realty and it’s not as expensive as you would reckon.

How To Submit Your Blogger Blog To Search Engines

Thursday, January 7th, 2010

After making my blogs, I wanted to submit them to the major search engines in the same way as I did with my websites. I wanted to do a complete submission rather than just submit a URL that would have an unkown time for indexing, being added to the search engine directory. After submitting my blog, it then had to be verified. This could be done either by inserting a meta tag generated by the search engine webmaster or uploading a generated HTML page to the root directory of the blog. For my websites this was simple to do as I could just FTP to my site or modify my home page. For my blog it was a different topic since I really had no access other than posting, so I thought.Figuring I was not the only one with this problem, I surfed the net to see if anyone else was in a similar spot. What I was able to irrevocably determine was that on Blogger, I really could modify my template, which in fact was my home page. By figuring out how to do this, I could add the verification meta tag required. How submit your blog to Google:Go to: https://www.google.com/financial statement/ManageAccountYou first need to make an account if you do not have one. You then select “Webmaster Tools” to add your website. Use menu on the left of the page. Click on the “Add a site…” button and then penetrate the URL of your blog which should be a touch like:yourblogname.blogspot.comNow click on the “Take up again” button, and you will be shown what is called a Meta tag. This is shown in the “Verification method” drop down box. If it isn’t, select it.You will see a touch similar to not more than:The total condemn above is your complete meta tag that you need to add to your blog template. Now go to your blog and sign-in. You should end up at your Dashboard.Click on “Layout” and then “Edit HTML” on top of the page. You should now see your home page template. You will notice at the top that you have the option to download your template previous to you modify it. It is strongly suggested that you do this just in case a touch goes incorrect.Go to the HTML code and find the tag . Using your keyboard make a blank line just not more than this tag. Now go back to the webmaster page and copy the verification Meta tag completely.Go back to your template HTML code and paste the verification Meta tag in the blank line you had produced. Click on “Save Template” and you are finished.Irrevocably, go back to the webmaster page and click on the “Verify” button. If all went well, your site should get verified. To Submit your blog to Yahoo:Go to: https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit You first need to make a Yahoo ID if you do not have one. You can then add your website. As was described for Google submission, you will also need to add a Yahoo certification Meta tag to your blog template. Choose the option “By count a Meta tag to my home page”. As previous to you will need to copy and paste it.I found one problem with the Yahoo verification Mega tag when I tried to add it to my template. The Yahoo Meta tag was enclosed with the brackets <, >. To be properly saved in the template the meta tag must be enclosed with the brackets <, /> in order to work properly. The end bracket was not preceeded with the / as required. As previous to, sign-in to your blog, click “Layout” and then “Edit HTML”. Download your template previous to you modify it.Locate the tag . Using your keyboard, create a blank line below this tag. If you had added the Google verification Meta tag, create the blank line below the Google tag. Copy and paste the Yahoo verification Meta tag in this blank line. Do not forget to add the “/” to the end of the Meta tag bracket so that it becomes />. Save your template and now you are finished. On your webmaster page click on the “Ready to Authenticate” button. If all goes well, your blog should get authenticated.By submitting your blogs to Google and Yahoo, you can keep checking your financial statement and see when your blog does get indexed. For other search engines, you can follow the same steps as desribed for Google and Yahoo.Other Meta TagsAfter my submissions to Google and Yahoo, I got to thinking about other Meta tags I could add to my blog template (home page) to help it get better noticed by the search engines. The following appear to be the most suggested Meta tags that should be used in your template:- Description META Tag- Keywords META TagWhen you make these Meta tags, insert them after any Verification or Certification meta tags you may have added previously. For help on count website security, you can stay:http://www.websiteprotection.net/
